Shipping Policy

I. Scope of Application

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on this website. Delivery services are available within the United Kingdom only. Orders are not shipped to destinations outside the UK.

II. Pricing and Shipping Fees

All prices are displayed in accordance with UK market standards and include applicable UK Value Added Tax (VAT). The current standard VAT rate in the United Kingdom is 20%.

Any applicable duties or import-related costs are included in the final displayed price. No additional charges are required upon delivery.

Enjoy free shipping on orders of £120 or more. Orders below this amount are subject to an £8 shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

The amount shown on the website and at checkout represents the final payable amount, with no hidden charges.

III. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders paid before 6:00 PM (UK time) are confirmed on the same business day. Payments completed after this time are confirmed on the next business day.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time ranges from 8 to 15 business days, depending on logistics conditions, weather, and transportation arrangements.

Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information and delivery updates.

IV. Shipping Carriers

Deliveries are handled by third-party logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. All shipments include online tracking services.

V. Receipt of Goods and Issue Handling

Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If any damage is observed, customers should document the condition and note it at the time of receipt.

If the order is received by a third party on behalf of the customer, the same inspection procedures apply.

In cases of damage, missing items, delivery delays, or incorrect delivery, customers should contact customer support within 48 hours of receipt. After verification, a return, replacement, or refund may be arranged as appropriate.

Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery address information are the responsibility of the customer.

VI. Modifications and Cancellations

Requests to modify delivery details or cancel an order may be submitted within 72 hours before dispatch. Approved requests may result in a refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with the Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy.

VII. Returns
