Order Cancellation Policy
I. Eligibility for Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order within 72 hours after payment, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
Once an order has entered logistics or shipping preparation, it is considered dispatched and cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
II. Non-Cancellable Situations
Orders that have already entered the shipping or dispatch stage are not eligible for cancellation.
Delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping address or contact information do not qualify as valid cancellation reasons. Any resulting responsibility rests with the customer.
III. Handling After Dispatch
If an order has already been dispatched, customers may exercise their return rights in accordance with the Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy.
A return request may be submitted within 14 calendar days after the goods are received.
Once the return is confirmed, refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Due to banking procedures, the refunded amount may take approximately 10–15 business days to appear, depending on the card issuer.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used, such as Visa or Mastercard.

V. Review and Refund Processing
Once all required information is received, cancellation requests are generally reviewed within 1–3 business days. The outcome will be communicated by email.
Approved cancellations will be submitted for refund processing within 1–3 business days.
Bank processing times may result in an actual refund period of approximately 10–15 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
If the refund is not received within the expected timeframe, customers may contact customer support again and provide the order number and payment details for further follow-up.
