III. Orders and Payment

Once payment is successfully completed, the order will enter processing and shipping preparation stages.

Payments are accepted in British Pounds (GBP) using Visa or Mastercard.

IV. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days after order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times range from 8 to 15 business days, depending on logistics and transport arrangements.

Free shipping is available for orders of £120 or more. Orders below this amount will incur a £8 shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

Deliveries are handled by logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, and tracking information is provided.

Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery address information are the responsibility of the customer.

V. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Before dispatch: orders may be cancelled within 72 hours after payment for a full refund.

After dispatch: orders cannot be cancelled, but returns may be requested after delivery in accordance with the return policy.

Once a return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Due to banking procedures, the credited amount may take approximately 10–15 business days to appear, depending on the card issuer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used, such as Visa or Mastercard.

VI. Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
