Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

I. Return and Exchange Period

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

All return or exchange requests must be approved by customer support in advance. Unauthorised returns may result in delayed processing.

Requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

II. Request Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact customer support and provide the following information:

Proof of payment

Reason for the return or exchange

Relevant photos or videos, where applicable

Customer support typically responds within 3 business days with further instructions. Once approved, a prepaid return label in digital format (PDF) and shipping instructions will be provided.

Return shipping costs are covered by us, where applicable and approved.

III. Refund and Exchange Processing

Once the request is approved, customers will receive a prepaid return label (PDF) along with return instructions.

Returned items must be securely packaged, and the provided label must be printed and attached to the outer packaging.

Prepaid return labels are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue and must be used within this timeframe with the designated carrier.

Exchanges
After the returned item is received and verified, a replacement product will be dispatched. Tracking information will be provided once the replacement is shipped.

Refunds
After the returned goods are received and confirmed, refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days and issued to the original payment method used.

Due to banking procedures, the refunded amount may take approximately 10–15 business days to appear, depending on the card issuer.

IV. Force Majeure

In cases of delays or damage caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, appropriate solutions will be discussed with the customer on a case-by-case basis.

V. Data Protection

Personal data submitted for returns, refunds, or exchanges is used solely for after-sales service purposes.

All data processing complies with UK GDPR requirements and appropriate security and confidentiality measures are applied.

Customers have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.
